I get a physical every year and one year suddenly, out of the blue, I had developed iron deficient anemia. That is when I started seeing Nicole. I felt as if I didn’t have somebody to check in with on a regular basis, I probably would have gone off the rails. Over the course of my working with Nicole, I have lost a total of 42 pounds and am below my goal weight and have maintained that weight. But more importantly than just losing the weight, I feel
better and I have more energy. And I directly attribute that to the fact that the food I am eating now is healthier and I actually enjoy this healthy food. Nicole is a great coach to help you to implement lifestyle changes.

I started nutritional counseling in June 2018 with the goals of losing weight and improving my health.
I was dealing with the following health issues: scheduled for my second back surgery due to spinal stenosis (including leg weakness and severe pain), heart issues (taking medications for hypertension, heart failure, and increased cholesterol), and knee pain. From the first meeting with Nicole I felt really comfortable and knew I was working with someone who was knowledgeable, dedicated and detail oriented. What I really respect it that Nicole sees you as an individual and provides guidance for a healthy lifestyle customized to meet your food choices and activity goals which helps achieve success. Her approach is very holistic and supportive. While I continue with counseling, I am happy to state I have lost 84 pounds, my back surgery was successful, and my mobility/endurance is greatly improved and
includes regular exercise. Even the doses of my heart medications have all been reduced due to improvements in my cardiac health, and my knee pain is minimal. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to work with Nicole as she provides the
tools affording me a healthy and happy new life.
